Come on feel the noise!
Las Vegas Weekly
First of all they aren?t billed as a concert; they?re ?an adult-oriented show that is for mature audiences only. ? At least that?s the warning sign Station Casinos places outside the showroom. Think of this band as a twofer: you get the fun metal music but you also get to laugh your ass off. To put it delicately these guys explore the foibles of gender relations with the raunchiest jokes you?ve ever heard. And if you?re not distracted by the raunch you may just learn something about relationships. These guys are so accurate they could write a book. Take the chorus to their new original single ?Community Property?:.

?Hurumph!? they will say between slips of green tea while sitting in their isolated mansions. ?This is Stevie Wonder. How dare they pollute his genius with such atrocious displays of?of?this METAL music!? My response to them is lighten up. This is a bunch of musicians having fun while trying out a blend of genres that you don?t get to the see. Hell remember when Public Enemy joined Anthrax to do PE?s “Bring the Noize”? While it might not be your cup of tea you got to respect them for trying something different. Check out Bill Hudson’s cover over at his.

They want the type of listeners that won’t judge them because they play metal but that will be open minded about it. “We want to reach out with our music and influence others with it. Bloodshed Assurance writes all of their own music. They start with a simple beat from Garrett the drummer and then each band member will add in their own parts to the song.

This mythical musical masterpiece has been 20 years in the making with the band retuning in 2009 to reclaim their rightful place among metal music’s heavyweights. Powered by audacious frontman Michael Starr’s (real name Ralph Saenz; ex-L. GUNS) fearless vocal charge the group ignites audiences from every walk of life with their unbridled valentine that goes right for the jugular of the heavy metal repertoire. Joining the effervescent Starr are STEEL PANTHER’s Stix Zadinia on drums Satchel (real name Russ Parrish; ex-FIGHT) on guitar and bassist Lexxi Foxxx.

Coming from a classical and jazz background I can honestly say that metal musicians are some of the most talented there are. I think they sometimes get overlooked because the genre isn’t as popular as others. What are your favorite things about Utah’s metal scene? Definitely the atmosphere it provides the amazing music that comes from some of our local bands all of the awesome people I’ve met along the way and all the new people I’ll meet in the future. How would you improve it if you could? Sometimes when I go to concerts to see the national bands I see all these metalheads I’m thinking where did all these metalheads come from it’s like they all came out of the woodwork!! I’d like to get ALL the metal fans we have here in Utah out to support the local metal scene. I think they would be pleasantly surprised at the talent we have here in our own state.
