It takes the same amount of time as plug-in chargers but there are no wires. The adapter has four metal contact points that connect to the pad. As long as the adapter is there the pad will charge the device regardless of how you plop the thing down. It can charge five devices at the same time and there’s no danger to you because it’s a low-power device. The adapters are available for Motorola Razr phones and are coming soon for iPods iPhones and certain BlackBerry devices. It would be cool if cell phone and MP3 player manufacturers would just build this technology into the backs of their devices… It’s connected to the Internet wirelessly so it can stream videos and access e-mails. Sony’s RollyWe’re still trying to make sense of the Sony Rolly. It’s an egg-shaped MP3 player that dances to its own music. Watching it live you get a sense that it’s actually pretty cool just a fun device that makes listening to music entertaining. But then you think will I really want this more than an iPod? Is life so much worse when my MP3 player doesn’t dance?Sony has been selling the Rolly in Japan since September but it hasn’t released sales numbers yet. But it says the Rolly has sold surprisingly well with males defying some early internal predictions. The Rolly dances and flashes lights in sequence to music it plays.

Do they even know what type of music they are talking about?Posted by: JACK Location: Wichita on Jan 14 2008 at 11:37 AMI am a musician and am not a real fan of rap. The last 10 years there has been alot of garbage passed off as rap. Unlike other types of music that go away when oversaturated like hair metaldiscogrungeboy bands rap will not die. When you are rapping in burger king and pepto bismo commercials its over. That being said this is stupid. I just dont buy the music or listen to it and I am fine.
